Summary:
The position will manage hardware, end user software, network, servers for the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage Windows installation, configuration, and updates – Specifically Imaging PCs with MDT/WDS and windows updates with WSUS
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Workstation setup and moving
- Install, configure, and maintain printers
- VMWare maintenance & upkeep
- Phone system maintenance and support
- Security policy implementation (GPO)
- Manage and support Office 365 – Must have
- General software/hardware troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation surrounding infrastructure
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

- Experience with Windows Desktop/Server OS (Server 2019)
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with networking – Switches, Access Points, WAN & LAN Understanding
- Experience with network-based Windows management – DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange – Hybrid AD a plus
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience with network security
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
- 0 – 3 Years’ Experience in working in IT related field or IT related college education. Will also take Certifications in lieu of experience.
