Summary
Responsible for all aspects of the Customer Service role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Answer incoming phone calls
– Address customer needs in a timely manner
– Process Quotes and Orders in a timely manner
– Return customer calls as necessary
– Make out-going phone calls as required to obtain Customer Service information
– Expedite all Distribution open Sales Orders
– Handle all customer Certification requests
– Handle all customer Proof of Delivery
– Provide RMAs to Customers
– Enter Cases
– Required to participate in the On Call rotation
– Assist in covering breaks, lunches, & vacations for the receptionist as required
– Attend all trainings and meetings as required to improve customer service, computer, phone competence or any other requirements that would be important to the success as a customer service professional

Education and Skills
– College degree preferred
– Must have current oil and gas / petrochemical experience
– 2-5 years customer service experience
– 2-4 years fire and safety product knowledge preferred
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent attention to detail

– Ability to maintain good working relationships with all level of company employees, clients and vendors
